Less than 10% of background screening firms have undergone the strenuous credentialing process successfully to obtain this prestigious credential. The process includes a rigorous audit of policies and procedures regarding consumer protection, legal compliance, product and service standards, client education, ethical business practices, and general operations. In fact, RSI has completed this process 3 times with the PBSA as required during the renewal process.
