What to Expect Next:
Business
Once your order is placed RSI will setup your new account and process your first applicant order(s). Your applicant(s) will receive an email from RSI to enter personal information and sign required FCRA authorization forms electronically. When the new account is set up, you will receive a welcome email containing login instructions to our report platform, training video links, and access to our help desk for seven days a week support.
Large and enterprising Business
One of our dedicated account managers will reach out to schedule a time to discuss your specific needs. We’ll confirm setup customization needs, integration options and more to prepare a formal pricing proposal for your considerations. Once approved, we’ll get to work setting up your new account – tailored to fit your workflow!
