NAPBS Accredited

You may have seen the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) membership logo.
Many background screening firms are members. But we’re not just members – our stringent standards and best practices have helped us achieve the coveted NAPBS Accreditation. To become accredited, you must undergo a strenuous onsite audit conducted by an independent auditing firm, who examines policies & procedures regarding consumer protection, legal compliance, product and service standards, client education and general operations and business practices.

To put it in perspective, it’s our industry’s equivalent to an ISO (International Standards Organization) or JCAHO (Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) certification.

In addition, RSI is one of only 120 companies in the entire U.S. (out of 2000+ who do what we do) to achieve accreditation. *

What it means is that you can expect nothing less than excellence from RSI.

FCRA Advanced Certified

In addition to our national accreditation, we’re also proud to have our entire compliance and verification team members hold FCRA Advanced Certifications.
This means they’ve completed a training program designed to educate background screening professionals on the FCRA and its regulations. Unfortunately, this isn’t a mandatory certification for those in our industry. But at RSI, we believe our clients deserve to work with experts in their field, which is why this IS mandatory training for RSI team members. You deserve the best and our team is world class.
